AC Milan’s Final Pre-Season Test: Three Players to Watch Against Manchester United

FolioPitch.com – 16 August 2026 | The three players to watch in AC Milan‘s final pre-season game vs Manchester United will be under intense scrutiny as the team looks to make a strong impression ahead of the upcoming season. With a lackluster pre-season so far, the Rossoneri need to show something to convince manager Ruben Amorim that they have what it takes to make a push for the top.

One player who will be under the microscope is Yunus Musah. The midfielder has failed to make a lasting impression at Milan, despite being a popular choice among fans. Amorim wants to give him another chance, and this final pre-season game could be his last opportunity to prove himself. Musah will be playing alongside Ardon Jashari in central midfield, and if he can show some spark, Amorim may finally unlock his potential.

Another player who will be watched closely is Samuel Chukwueze. The Nigerian winger has been converted into a wing-back, but fans are still waiting to see him in a more advanced role. If he can make a strong case for himself, he may convince Amorim to give him a chance in a more attacking position. However, if he struggles, he may find himself stuck in a defensive role.

Koni De Winter is the final player to watch in this final pre-season game. The Belgian defender has been used heavily in pre-season, and he could put his name forward as a starter this season. Amorim wants another central defender, and if De Winter can prove himself, he may only need to look for another option rather than a starter.

Overall, the three players to watch in AC Milan’s final pre-season game vs Manchester United will be under intense scrutiny. If they can make a strong impression, they may convince Amorim to give them a chance to start the season. However, if they struggle, they may find themselves on the bench.

In conclusion, the three players to watch in AC Milan’s final pre-season game vs Manchester United are Yunus Musah, Samuel Chukwueze, and Koni De Winter. They will be under intense scrutiny as the team looks to make a strong impression ahead of the upcoming season. If they can make a strong case for themselves, they may convince Amorim to give them a chance to start the season.
