Moreira’s Initiation Song Leaves Amorim and Team-Mates in Stitches – Viral Video

FolioPitch.com – 28 August 2026 | The scene was set for a light-hearted moment as AC Milan gathered at their hotel the night before the Venezia clash. New signing Diego Moreira was called up to perform his initiation song, a tradition for fresh faces to introduce themselves to the squad. What followed was sheer comedy, with the phrase “Amorim and team-mates in stitches during Moreira’s initiation song video” becoming the perfect caption for the night. The clip, posted by Adrien Rabiot on social media, shows the young winger delivering a performance that was far from polished but utterly entertaining, leaving even coach Ruben Amorim laughing uncontrollably.

The video quickly went viral among Milan fans, offering a rare glimpse into the team’s chemistry and camaraderie. Moreira, who joined the Rossoneri in the summer transfer window, appeared remarkably confident for someone going through the traditional rite of passage. His teammates, however, were quick to point out that his confidence wasn’t matched by his singing ability. The contrast between his swagger and the off-key notes produced a moment of pure joy, and it’s safe to say that the atmosphere in the dressing room is as healthy as ever.

For Amorim, the scene was a reminder of the importance of team spirit. The Portuguese coach has been praised for his man-management skills, and moments like this help strengthen the bond between players and staff. The “Amorim and team-mates in stitches during Moreira’s initiation song video” moment also served as an icebreaker for the new signing, who is still settling into life in Italy.

Moreira’s initiation comes just as he prepares for a potential debut against Venezia at San Siro. He was an unused substitute in the Torino game on Sunday, but with the demanding schedule ahead, Amorim is likely to give him minutes sooner rather than later. The young winger will be hoping to translate the positive energy from the dressing room into on-pitch performances.

Speaking about Moreira’s role, Amorim has hinted that the player could be used in multiple positions across the front line. His versatility is one of the reasons why Milan decided to bring him in, and the coaching staff are eager to see how he adapts to the tactical demands of Serie A. The initiation song, while a humorous distraction, also showcased Moreira’s character – a player who is not afraid to put himself out there, a trait that often translates into confidence on the pitch.

The video has drawn reactions from across the football world, with many noting the positive vibes at Milan under Amorim. The coach has worked hard to create a cohesive unit, and such moments are vital for team morale. While the “Amorim and team-mates in stitches during Moreira’s initiation song video” might be a lighthearted clip, it reflects the kind of environment that can help a team through a long and challenging season.

Rabiot, who has also been the subject of an initiation song during his career, clearly enjoyed the moment. By sharing the video, he gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the club’s culture. The French midfielder’s playful nature has made him a popular figure in the dressing room, and his decision to post the clip was met with enthusiasm from supporters.

Moreira, for his part, took the laughter in good spirits. Initiation songs are a time-honoured tradition in football, and being the centre of attention is often a sign of acceptance into the group. The fact that his teammates and coach were cracking up, rather than cringing, suggests that he has already made a positive impression.

As the team gears up for the Venezia match, the focus will shift from comedy to competition. But the memory of that evening will linger, serving as a reminder that football is not just about results, but also about the shared moments that make a team feel like a family. The “Amorim and team-mates in stitches during Moreira’s initiation song video” will undoubtedly be replayed in the dressing room for weeks to come.

In conclusion, Diego Moreira’s initiation was a resounding success, not because of its musical merit, but because it brought the squad closer together. With Amorim leading the laughter, the new signing has been welcomed into the fold with open arms. All eyes will now be on the pitch to see if Moreira can deliver performances as memorable as his singing – or better yet, help Milan secure victories.
