FolioPitch.com – 11 October 2026 | The Serie A official line-ups Napoli vs Frosinone have been announced, and there are several surprises as Napoli host high-flying Frosinone at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. Kick-off is at 19:45 UK time (20:45 CEST).
Napoli manager Max Allegri has switched to a 3-4-3 formation, handing a first start to Chelsea loanee Benoit Badiashile in defence. Kevin De Bruyne, fresh from impressive performances for Belgium in the Nations League, starts in midfield alongside Stanislav Lobotka. Up front, Rasmus Hojlund leads the line with support from David Neres and Noa Lang. Scott McTominay, who recently underwent heart surgery to correct a mild benign arrhythmia, returns to the bench after a month out.
Frosinone, the newly-promoted side, have been the form team in Serie A, taking 10 points from their last four games, including a 2-0 win over Como. Their star striker Antonio Raimondo has recovered from injury and starts, flanked by Giorgi Kvernadze and Fares Ghedjemis. Goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani, an Italy Under-21 international, continues to impress after a heroic performance against Como.
Allegri’s injury crisis persists, with Antonio Vergara ruled out for three weeks, joining Costantino Favasuli, Alisson Santos, Frank Anguissa, Mathias Olivera, and Alessandro Buongiorno on the treatment table. However, Alex Meret, David Neres, and Leonardo Spinazzola have recovered in time for this match.
The Serie A official line-ups Napoli vs Frosinone show Napoli lining up as: Meret; Marin, Rrahmani, Badiashile; Di Lorenzo, De Bruyne, Lobotka, Spinazzola; Neres, Hojlund, Lang. Frosinone: Palmisani; Oyono, Calvani, Cittadini, Bracaglia; Masini, Calò; Ghedjemis, Schmid, Kvernadze; Raimondo.

They will be hoping that the creativity of De Bruyne and the finishing of Hojlund can inspire them to victory. Frosinone, on the other hand, will look to continue their remarkable start to the season and pull off an upset at the Maradona.
