FolioPitch.com – 25 October 2026 | Lazio seized the top spot in Serie A on Saturday with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Parma at the Stadio Olimpico, and fans can now relive all the key moments by choosing to Watch Lazio March on as Taylor Scores Against Parma The Highlights, which were uploaded to the official Serie A YouTube channel shortly after the final whistle. The match, an entertaining and fast-paced affair, showcased the Biancocelesti’s attacking verve and resilience, with Kenneth Taylor‘s second-half opener and a bizarre late own goal from Diego Carlos ultimately proving decisive.

Mandas Stands Tall in First Half

The first half was a tale of two goalkeepers, with Lazio’s Christos Mandas emerging as the unlikely hero. Parma striker David Romero drove towards goal unchallenged early on, only for Mandas to deny him with a smart save using his leg. The visitors continued to probe, and Emanuele Valeri’s clinical cross found El Bilal Toure, but Mandas was equal to the task once more, pulling off an excellent save to keep the scores level.

At the other end, Lazio had their chances. Davide Frattesi skipped past Mariano Triolo and stormed into the box, forcing the latter to bring him down, but the referee waved play on. Mattia Zaccagni then set up Gustav Isaksen with a delicate cross, and the Dane’s header beat Edoardo Corvi but crashed against the woodwork. The first half ended with another Mandas save on Romero, ensuring the sides went into the break deadlocked.

Taylor Breaks the Deadlock

Swiftly after the break, Lazio found the breakthrough through Kenneth Taylor. The midfielder pounced on a second ball, found the right shooting angle, and beat Corvi at his near post with a clever low drive. It was a goal that rewarded the hosts’ persistence and underlined Taylor’s growing influence in the Lazio engine room. Those who Watch Lazio March on as Taylor Scores Against Parma The Highlights will see just how calmly the midfielder took his chance.

Ten minutes later, Lazio doubled their lead in fortunate circumstances. Nuno Tavares delivered a dangerous square ball to the mouth of the goal, and Diego Carlos, attempting to deal with the cross, could only turn it into his own net. The own goal gave the Biancocelesti a cushion that, for long periods, looked like it would be enough for a comfortable win.

Lontani’s Late Stunner Sets Up Nerves

Despite numerous chances to add to their lead, Lazio could not find a third goal, and Parma grabbed one back in bizarre fashion deep into extra time. Simoni Lontani intended to find a teammate’s head with a cross, but instead the ball evaded the crowd, including Mandas, and sneaked past the line after hitting the post. The goal set up a tense finale, but Lazio held on to secure all three points.

The win lifts Lazio to the top of the table, at least temporarily, while they await Inter Milan’s game against Fiorentina on Sunday. It was a performance that showcased both the team’s attacking quality and their ability to grind out results when needed. What the Result Means

Lazio’s victory sends a clear message to their title rivals: they are serious contenders this season. The Biancocelesti have now strung together a series of impressive results, and the manner of this win—combining attacking flair with defensive resilience—will please the coaching staff. Taylor’s goal and Mandas’s saves were the standout moments, but the collective effort was equally important.

Parma, meanwhile, will rue their missed chances in the first half and the unfortunate own goal that put them on the back foot. Lontani’s late strike was a consolation, but the visitors will need to be more clinical if they are to climb the table. For neutrals, the match was a thrilling watch, and the highlights are well worth seeking out.

Conclusion

Lazio’s 2-1 win over Parma was a game of fine margins, decided by Taylor’s sharp finish, a stroke of luck with Diego Carlos’s own goal, and the heroics of Christos Mandas in goal.
